Hydraulic Rescue Equipment

Demolition appliances are common equipment used by firefighters to forcibly open doors and windows, to demolish buildings, to open fire-fighting channels, to remove smoldering afterfires, and to clean up fire sites. Breakers are available in manual, hydraulic, motorized, and chemical cutting types.

The main structure

The hydraulic rescue equipment is mainly composed of shear blades, central lock shaft lock, two-way hydraulic lock, manual two-way valve and hand wheel, working oil cylinder, oil cylinder cover, high-pressure hose and operating handle.

Operating procedures

(1) Connect the shear and the hydraulic pump;

(2) For the first use, first turn the reversing handwheel, another operator operates the oil pump to supply oil, first makes the shearer reciprocate several times without load, discharges the air in the cylinder, and is full of oil

(3) The material to be cut is as close as possible to the root of the scissors;

(4) Turn the reversing valve to control the opening and closing of the scissors;

(5) After the work is completed, make the cutter run a short distance in the reverse direction to release the high-pressure oil;

(6) Use a pair of scissors to open the mouth slightly, remove the high-pressure fuel pipe, and cover the dust cover.
